- Determination of the presence and expression of Epstein-Barr virus (VEB) by nonradioisotopic in situ hybridization
- DNA-DNA and RNA-RNA using biotinylated probes labeled with digoxigenin. Application to individual cytocentrifugal cells and tumor tissue sections.
- Investigation of latent and lytic VEB infections by studying the expression of major viral RNAs (EBERs, NotI, PstI)
